How to buy from Placei?

It's easy! The store is designed to make your life easier! First, from the "Buy" section, you can browse, search for what you want, and add the selected items to your cart. You can also do so from the product photo by clicking "Buy."

In each of our items, you will find the description, details, and measurements.

Please note: some of our rings are adjustable, and the designs that aren't have a sizing option (there's also a guide link to help you find your ring size if you don't know your ring size).

During the checkout process, you can calculate the shipping cost by simply entering your zip code. You also have the option of picking up your parcel at the Correo Argentino branch of your choice or the one closest to your home.

That said—and once you've filled your cart with magical accessories—click "Start Purchase." You'll upload all your information (we promise we don't sell it and we strictly respect your privacy!), so it's super important that you double-check it as you type it so it arrives to the correct address. Then, we'll ask you to choose your payment method. You pay, and voila!

Returning to the payment method, you've probably noticed that we often have promotions and discounts with some banks. With all these alternatives and conveniences, we remind you that we do not accept cash-on-delivery payments.

Once we process your payment, you'll receive an email confirming your purchase, as well as a postal code to stalk your package before it reaches you. And if you contact us via WhatsApp, we can also provide you with the order number.

To summarize: What are the payment methods?

1- You can pay with major credit cards (and depending on the bank, you can make interest-free installments).

2- You can pay with a debit card.

3- We accept Modo, Mercado Pago, and major payment gateways.

4- If you're outside of Argentina, you can pay with PayPal, and we'll ship your purchase via DHL (some countries may apply additional taxes, but this depends on the destination country). If this applies to you, please contact us and we'll send you all the information. WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Where do we ship?

For shipments within Argentina, we use Correo Argentino and Andreani, with home delivery options (and a more affordable option is to pick up at the branch closest to your chosen address).

If you're abroad, we use private courier services and DHL exclusively (shipping outside of Argentina is $25,000 and FREE if your purchase is over $90). It takes approximately 6 business days to arrive at your home once payment is received. If you're in Chile, we invite you to purchase directly here or contact us at [email protected].

The courier company is responsible for delivery once it leaves our workshop; however, we are constantly checking for delays. Once we receive your purchase, the magic is in your hands (and we'd lo-o-ve you showing us how you use our accessories, so tag us on social media :) and—in addition to earning miles in our Favorite People program—we'll surprise you with a perk, surprise, gift, discount, or similar.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on the location; we always estimate 2 to 5 business days in the Federal Capital and 3 to 7 in the rest of the country. Don't despair, though; we're known for processing packages within 24 hours of receiving payment.

An important clarification: If you chose the option to pick up your order at a Correo Argentino branch, you must track your order until it is marked "ready for pickup" (from then on, you have 5 days to do so; otherwise, it will return to our workshop and the reshipment will have a new cost for the buyer and will not be processed automatically).

How does my purchase arrive?

The jewelry arrives in a reusable cloth bag so you can store and protect it. We want it to last a long time, so it will last as long as you love and care for it! We send surprises with almost every purchase... you'll see :).

What are the exchange policies?

You can do so within 30 calendar days of your purchase. All shipping and return costs are the buyer's responsibility throughout Argentina, so please keep this in mind.

Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we verify that it is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The value paid at the time of purchase is charged. Read our usage recommendations.

Guarantee

Each of our pieces leaves our warehouse under strict quality control. However, if you are not happy with what you received due to a fault or defect, please write to us, providing all the details of the purchase and yours, so we can resolve the issue.

REMEMBER TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY AND ALWAYS KEEP IT AWAY FROM CHEMICALS AND LIQUIDS. STORE IT IN YOUR JEWELRY BOX OR IN THE PLACEI CLOTH BAG IN WHICH IT WAS DELIVERED.
